Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Viper Stats and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF NO FEES APPLIED.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service operator and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.

Changes
